Our services

  • Falls prevention

Physiotherapy interventions often include balance and strengthening exercises, with the aim to help individuals regain confidence in their movements and to reduce the risk of falls.

  • mobility and mobility aids

Reduced mobility can limit a person's ability to perform daily activities independently. By providing exercises that can be performed at home, we aim to improve mobility. We also assess mobility needs and prescribe appropriate mobility aids, such as single point sticks, walkers, or wheelchairs, to facilitate safe and independent movement.

  • neurological rehabilitation

Neurological rehabilitation addresses a wide range of conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. Rehabilitation interventions such as gait training, balance exercises, and strength conditioning can reduce the risk of secondary complications such as falls.

  • Post operative rehabilitation

Post operative rehabilitation, focuses on rehabilitation following procedures such as total hip replacements, total knee replacements and ligament reconstructions. We help manage post-operative pain through manual therapy, ice and heat therapy, therapeutic exercises and activity modification. Range of motion and strengthening exercises are prescribed to support joint movement and prevent muscle atrophy.

  • Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy takes advantage of the buoyancy and warmth of water to exercise in a low impact environment. Activities such as water walking, jogging, or swimming against resistance can improve respiratory function and overall fitness levels.
